According to the authorized release, "A strange meeting leads protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh adventure, where hints of forbidden rituals and fearsome metamorphoses echo through the darkness." The narrative features a "unusually attired woman named Ada" who assigns the characters with traveling into the Crystal Cave—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to save her ally from a hidden cult.

The adventure concentrates on "bizarre experiments and a terrifying enemy" and is available to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

The preview features the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This important location was formerly where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through ages.
